Warranty Policy

To benefit from the warranty, please provide the order number or the registered phone number in the order.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse
  • Cuts or breaks
  • Products opened in an unnatural state
  • Failure to follow operating instructions
  • Exposure to water if the product is not waterproof
  • External maintenance
  • Partial or complete malfunction due to the use of incompatible accessories


Smart and Electronic Devices:

  • Apple, Anker, Eufy products, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, Beats, Osmo Mobile:
  • 24-month vendor warranty (please check the product page).

Warranty for gifts provided by Seen Store:

  • Warranty is provided by the product's vendor.


If purchasing a package or offer:

  • The warranty covers only the product that encounters a malfunction.


If the product is inspected:

  • If the product needs maintenance, it will be serviced.
  • If the product is completely non-functional, it will be replaced with a new product.
  • If the product shows signs of misuse, cuts, breaks, or is found to be functional after inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for product inspection.


If the product to be replaced under warranty is not available:

  • The customer will be notified of the unavailability and can choose an alternative product after deducting the usage period.
  • Fair usage cost is calculated at 5% of the product's purchase value per month from the date of purchase, up to a maximum of 80% of the product's value.

Inspection period:

  • From 7 to 14 working days during official working hours from the receipt of the shipment.

  • Our policy is subject to change without notice, and Seen Store reserves the right to amend the policies without prior notice to the customer at any time.
